Myself and family currently still staying here, felt nothing but welcome by all staff. Tarlek and Lorraine go above and beyond such polite staff members always making sure we're okay and there to offer a helping hand whenever needed. Really recommend this hotel lovely staff clean facilities.

Air condicioning problems (too hot) and Loyalty Program was not offered and registered. Location good. Other services good. Breakfast excellent. Safety excellent. Parking good. Restaurant very good. that is it

Muito bom. Atendimento de excelência. Pessoal prestativo e profissional. Localização perfeita. Ótimo restaurante interno, cardápio bem feito, preço adequado e muito bem apresentado. Estacionamento de fácil acesso. O centro de eventos com duas possibilidades de acesso também agrega funcionalidade.

Local bom, quartos bons, serviço de quarto ótimo, atendimento bom, sala de reuniões boas, serviços relacionados a buffet para reuniões (almoço e coffee break muito bons, Não deixa nada a desejar. Recomendo a estadia para turismo e para negócios.

Ficamos por uma noite no hotel durante uma viagem longa de carro.Toda equipe, desde recepção até restaurante é muito atenciosa e gentil. Fazem de tudo para você ser bem recebido. Estávamos com nosso pet e a recepção e acomodação foi excelente. O quarto é bom, chuveiro ótimo. O único problema é a acústica, dá para ouvir muito qualquer barulho do quarto do lado. No restaurante, como estávamos com nossa cachorrinha, tivemos que ficar na parte externa, mas fomos bem atendidos.

A administração passou muito bem pela pandemia, o Hotel esta em perfeito estado e com o Restaurante em funcionamento para jantar de seugunda a sexta. O café da manhã continua um primor, a limpeza dos apartamentos excelente. O sistema de segurança não foi neglicenciado, continuam funcionando os detectores de fumaça o que deixa o ambiente sempre agradável sem cheiro de cigarros. A garagem gratuita é mais um atrativo.
