Hampton Inn & Suites Lino Lakes

it was a good 2nd exxperience, housekeeper came in when i was gone and cleaned up the room for me pool and hot tub was nice! always chill never super busy and friendly front desk workers looking forward to my next stay!

Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!

Hot tub was perfect. Nice sized pool. Staff was very helpful. A good amount of luggage trollys. Breakfast included many choices and was served warm when expected. The eating area was set up with about 10 tables for 2 and a very long (maybe 15') high top table & chairs which was uncomfortable. Although pretty, that part of the space could have been used better.

Very nice property. But room was lacking the guest chair. Only one desk chair in the room, no other seating. Inconsistent with the room photos online. Unpleasant for 2 people to have a morning cup of coffee.

Rooms smelt horrible, like a floral mix with a bad body odor. Carpet was dirty. No pool towels and when we asked they told they were out. Offered no other towels. The pool area doesn’t drain water so there is huge puddles of standing water everywhere. The whole hotel just felt dirty and poorly kept up.

Staff was super accommodating considering our late check in. Bed was awesome, shower was amazing. Room comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled of poo and the heat did not work. When I reported it to the front desk they informed me that there was nothing they could do because I booked through a third party and I would need to contact them if I had issues with my room

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning available. Pool, sauna, whirlpool, work out/fitness room.
