I booked this hotel because of the good reviews. I asked a day in advance if there was a place to wash clothes? Is there a dryer? They said they would check and give me a reply. I didn't get a call back even though I had checked in. I called in the evening to ask for bathtub bags and toilet paper and they said they would deliver them right away. I asked them to wait for the first time 20 minutes later and they said they were on the way. I waited for another half an hour and it still hadn't been delivered. The second time I asked them to deliver it, it took about five minutes. It took about 50 minutes from the call to the delivery. Maybe it's because it's a big hotel, the journey is quite far! I booked a business double bed with a window on the third or fourth floor, and they said they upgraded me to a lake view room (๑òᆺó๑) on the sixth floor. Let me share with you the lake view of their hotel. "The lake view is pretty nice." I had high expectations after checking various websites online. I didn't experience fruits and snacks. The restaurant service was very good. We wanted to heat up food for the children, and they heated it up for us very considerately. The breakfast experience was also very good!
