I do not know where to begin. It was the worst experience I ever had as a customer who is just looking to check into a hotel that I have booked. First, I arrived at the hotel around 7 PM EST. There I went to the front desk where I was supposed to check in without any problem. Instead, lady in the front desk told me that my reservation was cancelled due to my card being declined. But also that they do not have any more rooms left? Are you kidding? Let me tell you this. I have never received any notification from Trip app nor got any email about issue with card. And when I checked my bank account it literally shows that purchase was not pending but completed. I work at a credit card agency so I should know this better. When I showed the lady in the front that my card was charged with no issue and never refunded or declined she decides to call someone and comes back saying she DOES have a room? Like how does this make sense? So they magically make rooms be available? I have a gut feeling that she was being ****** against us (Asian) thinking that as travellers we can't speak English well and does not know alot of how things are like in US. Hey guess what? I've been living in the US for more than 17 years haha. That was the worst experience of my life hope no one else gets treated this way.

Amazing experience, very clean and perfect hotel for anyone. The front desk people were amazing and very helpful!

I arrived at BWI at around 11:40pm and rushed to call the shuttle from the hotel as they informed me earlier that if I didn't call by midnight, I'd be on my own to get a ride to the hotel. I was stressing as it was the first time I ever traveled alone. I called them at 11:50pm whew!! but plenty of time before 12:00am. So I thought, first they put me on hold... then hung up, next call... No answer and hung up. Now I'm spazzing. Finally a shuttle will be there in ...15-20 mins huhhhh?? so there i am standing alone at midnight by myself ( a 55 yr old woman) half hour goes by... I call hotel again and not easy for someone to answer. Oh the shuttle got full I was told so they have to send another one, REALLY so another 15 mins go by no shuttle, half hour later, I see the shuttle, here it comes....and flys right by me as I'm screaming STOP!! around she goes, 10 mins later she's finally here at 1:15am and then says she's been there. they told her DOOR 15 I said I was at LOCATION 15. Mad before I even got to hotel, once there..a cooler full of sodas to buy and not one DIET soda..I'm going to bed. No blanket? just sheets I was cold so I went to front desk to ask for a blanket, Sorry their locked up, heres some more sheets. In all fairness they looked to be very short staffed. and the room was clean but not worth the price
