大廳旋轉門噪音大的以為要掉下來，大廳在修理大理石，施工區域沒劃分，滿地的膠。到前台後，第一次被索要房卡按金100塊，房間異味很大，放了一罐固體空氣清新劑，但是味道很是很大，衞生間地漏返臭，門把手不明白的物質，寫字桌附近沒有插座，很不方便辦公使用，窗户外風機響了一晚上，異味加上噪音一晚上基本上沒睡着，天亮準備洗澡，熱水放了半小時還是沒温度，沒辦法洗澡，聯繫前台安排人看了一眼就走了，沒任何解釋，最後穿衣退房走人，體驗感太差了……
