入住得晚了，後半夜被凍醒！原來是停電了。。裹緊被子，捱到早上八點半，還沒來電，我的洗漱洗頭可怎麼搞？？還怎麼出門談事？不得已下樓問前台，説從岳陽請了發電師傅過來。。。快十點了才來電。。耽誤一上午時間，酒店連句歉意都沒得。
酒店貌似是疫情期間隔離酒店改造了的，牆上的防疫宣傳還沒換下來

前台服務超級棒！給了小童拖鞋和牙刷還有哇哈哈零食，房間乾淨衞生，投影儀也很好看了電影，備品還有面巾和棉簽，免費洗衣服烘乾

屬於臨湘的老牌酒店之一了，裝修整體中式，前台也很有特色，石拱橋，荷花流水。房間設備齊全，床上用品整潔蠻舒服的。晚上睡得挺好，本棟就有餐廳，口味好，價格實惠。挺方便的，

酒店設施比較陳舊，環境一般，服務員對房間內的設施情況不瞭解，換了3個房間才勉強入住。櫃子的鏡子是裂的，沙發是破皮的，衞生間拖鞋是斷裂的，衞生間門鎖是壞的，中央空調好像沒有清洗過很臟，吹出的風都帶有味道。床墊被褥可能沒有更換，上面的還有頭髮，（要求重新更換的，但服務人員態度不錯）床墊比較滑，躺上去容易移動，而且彈簧都有外凸，硌人，睡着不舒服。
