提前預訂有什麼用？春節前後因工作原因，每週2～3天入住，昨天退房時預訂今天的，入住時預訂的房間號沒有了，前台答覆衹有靠外面的最後一間了，且擺出愛住不住的態度。昨天退房時，詢問前台，我要的房間還沒預訂出去，今天竟然沒有了，服務差評！
