I want to give a negative review because of two things. The first is that the bedside socket and buttons are too far away from the bed. I don’t know how you designed it. It’s just rubbish. The second thing is that the two bottles of mineral water given for free have to be placed in the toilet, can't they be placed outside, *****. So, disappointed.

First of all, there is a strong smell in the room. It is stuffy and old. There is dust in the room. The facilities are old. The small refrigerator in the room is very noisy and wakes me up in the middle of the night. The service staff has a very good attitude. In this regard, Blue Ocean has done a good job.
