Gteat room big enough with balcony and sofa, good breakfast. 1 shower and 1 bathtub Mini bar, electric kettle and safe in the room. Great view.

Very nice

Central location very close to the city center. The train station and the state theater are within easy walking distance. Quite new hotel with spacious and quiet rooms.

The hotel environment is good, the lobby is very fashionable The room is mainly blue, but the washroom is relatively hot The location of the hotel is near the city center, about 10 minutes walk Good breakfast but less food choices

Check-In at 4AM was complicated (took very long). The receptionist wasn't that nice, because he was awaked. I really appreciate the noise reduction in the room. A/C works perfect!

Was only in Linz for 2 nights, and due to flight issues arrived much later on the first day than anticipated. My second day was spent almost entirely at Mauthausen, so contact with staff limited. Checkin/checkout process was easy. Liked the layout of the room and had 2 great nights of sleep. Location of hotel was perfect, halfway between train/bus station and Hauptplatz (Main Square). Hotel is also only block away from main tram lines, so could walk or ride tram to either spot. Hotel was also block away from 2 of 3 restaurants that had been recommended to me by friends. Lately have strong preference for having dinner closer to hotel and both were excellent. If in Linz, would stay here again.

I arrived to the hotel in the evening on the way from Stuttgart to Vienna. The general impression from the hotel is very positive. On-site parking was very comfortable and practical, From the garage the elevator took me directly to the hotel lobby with the reception. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, spacious, the private bathroom was equipped with the necessary anemities. There was no bar/small fridge in my room. The food in the restaurant was very good, the staff was very kind. I am satisfied. I left the hotel next day early in the morning.

Terrible customer service, unless you like standing at the counter for 10 minutes while the reception vacuum the front entrance and other staff pretend they are busy. Room aircon that didn't work so you need to open the window to traffic noise. Good location for town but if you value your sleep, don't stay here.
