設定設備真是不敢恭維，訂的房間和網上看的差別太大，網上圖片是標間，給我配的三人間的，床上床單不知是別人睡了沒換還是沒洗乾淨，咱也不敢亂猜測，還説我們家小孩調皮上去床上踩的，把裡邊東西弄臟了，PS:（葯可以亂吃話不可以亂説喲），和老闆説了讓換下床單，老闆説沒床單了，讓換房間老闆説沒了，態度蠻橫，協商不行，後來老闆那女的直接説，不管了，隨我們怎麼辦，錢也不退，也不處理問題。他們可能覺得這兩天（初七）政府部門沒上班吧加上我們又是外地來旅遊和他們耗不住，張掖市旅遊局讓等七天，真是讓人鬧心。最後讓家弟去協調，老闆才換了房換了床單，進來之後發現馬桶不能用（抽水都壞了，放的桶盛水沖）。洗澡間的白毛巾灰不溜秋的，不知道拿來擦過什麼臟東西，三間房間，都有設施設備損壞問題，電視機看不了，廁所排氣扇也壞的，洗澡熱水器壞的，燒水壺的都是放地上的，感覺像是在監獄裏過生活，河西走廊這麼多城市，第一次住到這麼垃圾賓館，設備差就算了，至少服務態度要過得去啊，上圖大家看吧，
