首先停車很方便，住的是酒店北面的房間，可以看到太行山和樓下的小河和公園，真的有被美到。房間很寬敞，落地窗視線很好，硬件不錯，喜歡這種新中式風格。我是比較挑床的人，這裏的床品還可以，睡得很好。早餐也很豐盛，味道不錯，下次來林州還會來這兒住的，主要酒店工作人員服務態度也很好，必須好評

酒店乾淨整潔，設施完善，房間寬敞，服務熱情周到。老爸老媽自駕遊山西，林州第一站給他們訂的酒店，反饋很不錯，環境好，離景區也不遠

房間很大，洗澡間也很大，熱水很足，紅旗渠下來洗個熱水澡舒服曬。三樓用餐包間服務員很熱情，出品不錯，價格實惠。自助早餐品種也很多。不足之處是房間的空調控制開關比較少，找了好久才找到，不大實用。

有一説一，十一期間價格也還算合理。房間設備老舊，衞生間晚上隔幾分鐘就一陣怪異的聲響。差評主要是給酒店管理和服務的，用電子身份證辦理入住，第一次碰到還要收取5元服務費用，掃碼登記後提示，不允許收取費用，投訴也無果，前台一副愛答不理的樣子，毫無服務意識可言。
