This is the laundry room that will uniformly steam and disinfect all bedding and towels after the epidemic. However, in small areas, the laundry room does not have such advanced equipment and relies on manual mixing of disinfectant. Sometimes, the concentration is too high, causing some burn damage to the cotton fabric and leaving marks. Later, when some funds are collected, all the bedding and towels will be replaced. Our inn is located halfway up the village gate, It only takes 2-3 minutes to walk along the main street of the village. Compared to other inns in the village, our family is a relatively quiet one. Dedicated service is the direction that our inn friends have always been striving for. Being recognized by our families is the driving force for our progress. Our house is located halfway up the mountain at the entrance of the village, relatively quiet compared to the inn on the main street. The buildings in Dong Village are mainly made of wooden materials, so the sound insulation effect is not as good as it is. We apologize for not providing you with a good check-in experience.

It does require a two- to three-minute walk after getting off the bus. If you have a lot of luggage, please let us know in advance and the front desk assistant will be there to meet you. The last time you arrived, the front desk assistant offered to help with your luggage, but you declined. Regarding shuttle service, we clearly state that we have a paid option on our platform. If you require it, please contact the store in advance; the price details are also available on the platform. We always strive to provide warm service to our guests from all corners of the world, so upon arrival, we'll provide a general itinerary in the lobby. This is just for your reference. After all, everyone has different tastes. We don't partner with any restaurants, nor do we force you to shop at specific ones. Feel free to choose based on your own travel experience. We're sorry that the recommended meal didn't suit your taste. Regarding photography, since our colleagues aren't particularly interested in it, haven't personally experienced it, and aren't entirely sure what everyone prefers, we can't recommend a photography studio. Regarding the sliding door in the shower, this design allows for flexible switching between wet and dry areas within a limited space, maintaining a sense of openness while saving space. As for the lighting, we use warm tones to create a cozy atmosphere, unlike other brightly lit hotels. Our focus is on a warm and relaxing feel, which might offer you a unique experience. The yellowing of the floor was due to an improper mixing ratio of oxalic acid during periodic cleaning, which accidentally corroded the floor. We have already purchased cement to smooth it out, and will ensure the floor color is uniform and restored to its original appearance. Regarding hygiene, we adhere to the "one guest, one change, one disinfection" principle. After the housekeeping staff cleans and changes the sheets and blankets, the duty housekeeper will conduct a second inspection of the room to ensure cleanliness. Regarding the balcony view, there are many surrounding buildings, so there is some obstruction. All room photos are of the actual rooms; we wanted to give you a clear picture of the actual conditions beforehand. In summer, Guizhou is mountainous, making mosquitoes on balconies difficult to completely avoid. Since there are cats in the lobby and neighboring apartments, large-scale insecticide spraying is not feasible. However, electric mosquito repellent tablets are provided in the room. The balcony has wooden floors, and placing mosquito repellent tablets there would pose a safety hazard, so they were not placed on the room's balcony, but they are available in the lobby. We sincerely apologize for not realizing your need and for not promptly delivering mosquito repellent to your balcony; this was an oversight on our part. We truly hope for your understanding and ask for a chance to improve. We will definitely strive to provide better service in the future and work harder to ensure your comfortable stay. Response from Property: Thank you for choosing to stay at Zizai Shanju. The inn is right next to the high-speed rail shuttle bus drop-off point. It takes two minutes to walk to the inn. The inn only takes 2-3 minutes from the main street, making travel convenient. It was so lively during the Dong Year, and the guests who came didn’t even have time to pay attention to me. But seeing that you guys are having fun and coming back happily, I can also have fun with you without going out, hahaha. The guide is indispensable. It will allow you to get familiar with Dong Village more quickly. I will also try it in other restaurants when I have the opportunity. Each restaurant should have its own specialty dishes.
