DUO Hotel Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton

The room was very cozy with a beautiful color scheme. Every corner of the lobby was thoughtfully designed and decorated. The service was excellent; the receptionist, Beatriz, was very pretty and always had a smile on her face. The restaurant service was also superb; a waitress named Sumanga was very warm and attentive. I would definitely stay here again next time I come.

Originally, this hotel had a perfect score. When I checked out, the front desk insisted that I had not paid the city tax. I had already paid it when I checked in, but he insisted that it had not been paid. Because I was leaving for Spain, I paid it first. Great new hotel! We were greeted warmly at reception. The room was new and clean, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Conveniently located, with plenty of great food nearby!
