"We are 9 friends who stayed at this establishment for a 4-day weekend. The location of this establishment is situated just below the castle, so quite ideal. Although the reception was pleasant, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. The rooftop is divided into 3 parts and on several levels, which does not allow for group cohesion when we are many. Furthermore, even though the view and the rooftop are nice, the pool is unusable; it was fluorescent green. The cleanliness, odor, and quality of the equipment inside clearly need improvement; some rooms were very damp and not clean. Breakfast is okay, nothing more. Our recommendation: keep moving, find something else

In any circumstance, do not trust this owner. They will likely take your money any chance they get. I certainly wouldn’t feel safe with me or any family staying at a location with such an unethical and untrustworthy person. We put a reservation on hold 6 weeks from check-in and canceled within 45 minutes of booking and our funds were never returned. The owner will claim that our purchase was non-refundable (even though the website said a 48 hour free cancellation was still in effect). Even if this was the case, think about the kind of human being that will not return $8,000 to a family that canceled within 45 minutes of reserving more than 6 weeks from check in.

Very poorly services & overpriced accommodation. The owner is very rude. You must walk up many flights of stairs to get to the rooms & there is no reception. Very noisy & unpleasant stay. Do not recommend, particularly when there are so many better places to stay in this area.

Garden Rooftop ist ein Bed & Breakfast. Der Ausblick ist tatsächlich schön. Beim Frühstück gibt sich der Gastgeber Mühe. Warmwasser ist tätsächlich sofort da. Aber, die Heizung ging nicht, wir haben gefroren. Am Ende gab es kein Toilettenpapier mehr. Handtücher waren auch nicht ausreichend. Man kann teilweise gegenseitig in die Zimmer, aufs Bett, gucken, weil kein Vorhang. Abschliessen kann man auch nicht (Zimmer 7). Alles ist ein wenig klamm und feucht. Schimmel ist sichtbar. Andere hatten noch größere Schimmelprobleme. Bei Freunden in anderen Zimmern hat es durch die Decke geregnet, als darüber geduscht wurde. Im Bad sind Pfützen, die nicht abfließen können. Man muß sehr viele Treppen steigen, bis man oben ist, also 5 Stockwerke. Fürs Frühstück 4 Stockwerke runter und danach wieder hoch. Fürs Gebotene ist der Preis zu hoch, die Angaben bei Google (absichtlich?) fehlerhaft.
