Room was much spacious than I thought. Also 24/7 Conceirge even though the description said otherwise. Staff was much helpful!! Complimentary mint infused water, coffee and tea at all times. Recommend!

The hotel is located near Augustus Square, with very convenient transportation, and many urban attractions are within walking distance. The facade is not big, just like the entrance of an ordinary house. You have to ring the doorbell to open the wooden door and then you will see the front desk next to the stairs in the foyer. After going up one flight of stairs, you can take the elevator to your room. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Even though there is a downtown area downstairs, the room is very quiet once the windows are closed. Stayed for three nights in a row, satisfied👍

I liked it very much! In the very center of attractions, cafes, restaurants, everything within walking distance! Super bed, super pillows! As a greeting they gave me a bottle of wine and sweets, it was very nice! Shower with double tap and mirror - class. There is a kettle, accessories (tea, coffee, spoons, mugs). Of course, thanks for the water! It is replenished.

The elderly female staff was very kind and helpful.
The location is great, just 2 minutes from the station, and even though it's in the center of Lisbon, the room was silent and quiet. Thanks to that, I was able to sleep soundly. Two large egg tarts and a bottle of wine were served in the room. I highly recommend this place.
