Excellent Stay in the Heart of Lisbon Villa Baixa is a fantastic apartment complex located right in the heart of Lisbon, near the iconic Rossio Square. The location couldn’t be better — it offers excellent public transport connections and easy walking access to some of the city’s most famous attractions. Within minutes, you can reach the Santa Justa Lift, the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), Praça do Comércio, the Alfama district, and the beautiful viewpoints like Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro da Graça. The apartments themselves are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated to a high standard. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is discreet, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. One of the great advantages is 24-hour access to your apartment, giving you full flexibility during your stay. I sincerely recommend Villa Baixa to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Lisbon.

Excellent place to live in Lisbon. Right in the heart of the city. Everything is walkable. Rooms are super clean and with an amazing view from the top floor. No room service, but lot of joints down . Would repeat the same place when in Lisbon next.

This hotel is well located in city centre with lots of restaurants nearby. This is more like a well-furnished apartment with clean beds, toilets and a spacious living room. Staff are very friendly, patient and explain to us the directions to different attractions. Recommend and will re-visit if I visit Lisbon next time.

Excellent location and the room was very clean. There was only one staff at the reception for check-in/check-out and staff reported duty only at 9:00am. So, when we wanted to checkout at 8am somthing, we need to wait for a bit. Yet, it was a very good experience as the room was well decorated, the ceiling was very high and the lication is very very good.

The front desk service of this hotel is really great! A girl will also take the initiative to help with luggage, and will also greet and see off guests. You can really feel the care and enthusiasm! The hotel room is also very clean, the sofa bed is made in advance, and the bathroom is also great! The hotel is close to famous attractions, which is very convenient, and there are many delicious foods around! The front desk also provides free Portuguese egg tarts, which are delicious and warm! The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of important attractions, and the facilities and services are also good. The downside is that the road is under construction and the car cannot reach the door, so you have to walk a short distance with your luggage. There is also construction going on next door. There are problems with noise and dust.

Absolutely excellent location! It's right next to the street and it's convenient to go anywhere The bathroom is big and it's great for taking a bath. The bath products are of good quality. You know, taking a comfortable bath in Europe is very rare. I don't know why, but it works every time! As for the bed, since there were three of us and one of us slept on the sofa bed, we felt that the cleaning was not very reliable because the family member who slept on the sofa bed always had a lot of bite marks on his body when he woke up. We don’t know if it’s because the sofa bed is rarely spread out as a bed so there are dead corners that are not cleaned properly. We felt a bit troubled! The service is very friendly, the counter will take the initiative to greet with a smile 😁, Summary: I recommend everyone to stay here in Lisbon, it is homely! (It would be better if the sofa bed could be cleaned thoroughly)

Very satisfied, the old man at the front desk is humorous and nice, he will patiently introduce the hotel facilities, and the greeting is very humorous every day. The location of the hotel is great, it takes only one minute to walk to the Santa Justa elevator, and about five minutes to the Arc de Triomphe, which is the seaside. It is also very convenient to walk in the old town. The hotel is well-equipped and you can cook. Overall, it is a warm hotel with good service. Recommended.

Good location, in the city center, and within walking distance to attractions. The room is clean and tidy, elegantly decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The front desk staff are very nice and patiently help. There are many shops and restaurants downstairs, which is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation! Highly recommended!

Ideal location, everything inside is also well equipped, very clean. The only downside is that construction work was going on right under the window from 6am. And it was very noisy. But it was carried out by a third party and there are no complaints about the apartment. But if it is possible to agree that the work will start later, it is better to do so.
