Great spot with very friendly staff. No A/C but it was nice that we had a room with a balcony as there were only 2 or 3 of these rooms.

Great location and generally nice hotel. Good breakfast with a little bit of variety every day.
However check in took a very long time to what I'd usually expect and the hotel could do with some maintenance. My room had several large marks on the walls and definitely needed repainted The grout in the bathroom also needed a proper cleaning.
This hotel wouldn't be great if you are a light sleeper, the tram is quiet nosy when it goes past. Also the noise of other guests coming in and out of their rooms was really loud within my room and woke me several times.

Arty, beautiful hotel. Friendly, very helpful staff. Very good breakfast in nice conservatory. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Room in the back quiet and peaceful.

Travelled solo, the hotel is small and cute, clean. Everything was good except, that reception was closed at midnight, so no way to sit even there, it was locked. Also no coffee machines in rooms , also in the reception hall, which was inconvenient especially if you have jetlag and would like at least to have tea or smth. Breakfast was good, but just from 8 am to 10 am. So to my opinion due to not having coffee machines in room, breakfast should be earlier. Other than that everything was fine, staff was good. Oh, and also if you have sensitive sleep, there is construction outside, and tram station (was right under my balcony), so not quite area also.

Beautiful hotel, great location and friendly staff, special thanks to Adriano. Would've given 5 stars but you are 'forbidden' to bring food or drinks to the room. We had a fridge in the room but unable to use it. The hotel did provide snacks but at a cost. Check in was excellent with complimentary drinks on arrival with knowledgeable advice from staff.

Very unique place to stay, has a very local feel to it and quite classy. The staff are some of the best staff I have encountered and I have been to plenty of hotels due to my extensive travels. The welcome letter and goodbye letters are fantastic personal touch and it shows your commitment to taking care of your guests.
