The House on the Pink Street in Lisbon

It was actually a hotel apartment. The front desk wasn't open 24/7. Since we arrived in Lisbon late at night, a taxi dropped us off at the intersection of Pink Street. Because the sign wasn't very obvious, we looked around for a while, then used the code the hotel had given us to open the door and check in smoothly. We completed the check-in process the next morning. The housekeeping staff, without our permission, threw away the shoebox of our newly purchased shoes that we had left on the floor, along with the dust bag and receipt. This was quite an infuriating practice. We asked the front desk, and they said they would replenish the drinking water in the refrigerator daily, but it wasn't replenished for several days. We had to contact the front desk via WhatsApp for someone to deliver it. The next day, a male staff member was noticeably impatient when delivering the water. On our last day, when we checked out, our neighborhood was under lockdown. We went to a five-star hotel in the same group as the apartment complex, just one block away. The staff there were incredibly kind and helpful. After several Bolt rides were cancelled, they helped us contact a taxi company, and we managed to catch our train to Porto just five minutes before departure. We were so grateful to the hotel staff; if we ever go to Lisbon again, we will definitely stay at that hotel.

We stayed in a One Bedroom Apartment even though we had a Classic Studio reservation :) The apartment was spacious, clean, sparkling, high ceilinged and beautifully designed, despite being right in the middle of the lively nightlife, there are long windows with massive shutters to minimize noise and there is no noise at all. A comfortable room, everything has been considered, a small recommendation, a mini steam iron would be great. Also many thanks for the snacks and drinks left daily. Our room was cleaned every day, thank you to the room service staff for their friendly attitude. I definitely recommend it, 100% compatible with the reservation, perfect. The room was nice. Downstairs was right in the downtown area, but the soundproofing was good. It was also close to the beach, within walking distance. Lisbon isn't big, but you can actually reach many attractions on foot. There were free drinks in the fridge, which was great.

This apartment hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Cais do Sodré station in the center of Lisbon, making it easy to get around the city. We stayed on the weekend, so it was noisy outside until late at night, but if you close the soundproof window from the inside, it doesn't bother you.
