Good location, very nice staff and room was also great. Only point to note is that daily cleaning is not provided and that should probably be better stated on the trip.com app.

Regretting staying only one night. Inviting space, hip interiors, well located around Saldanha in a quiet neighbourhood. There's an interesting story of it being a former convent; the room can be a touch tight but it was still very comfortable stay. Very welcoming staff, highly recommend.

All staff were so friendly and welcoming! Pedro greeted us with such a big smile and even gave us chocolates and drinks after realizing it’s my birthday. The room’s spacious and comfortable, you can easily ask to replenish the amenities in the room :) The hotel is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay!

An overall great experience in this hotel. The room I got was cute and has a small kitchen, it has the appliances you need to cook a meal, and plates, utensils as well, there is even a oven that you can heat up all the pastries you brought back to your room, the pastel de nata in the cafe down stairs at the hotel’s lobby were good. But what save my trip was the washer/dryer in the room, been travel for almost 2 weeks without doing laundry until I checked in to this hotel. If I’ve ever returned to Lisbon, will definitely stay in the hotel again.

Hotel was newly opened. Service staff wasn’t very friendly. Body wash was emptied in the toilet which was unacceptable for a hotel

Very cute hotel and clean room. The city studio came equipped with a washer. Although there was an issue with our first wash, the reception was able to help immediately (at almost 1:00 am!). We are very impressed with the service.

Interior of this hotel was amazing including outside pool area! Staffs were helpful and the hotel was located close to the metro. Only things were that the mattress and pillows was too soft for me so i did woke up with back and neck pain. I wish they provided free water bottles in the fridge but otherwise, everything was incredible!
