A comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and the reception area is welcoming. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. The gym is tiny and dingy - could do with an overhaul.

Great location for groceries and getting about the city. Train station and bus stops only 5-10 minutes walk. Plenty of local bars and tasty restaurants for the foodies.

Strongly not recommended!
I will never live in this hotel again!
I have stayed at the InterContinental Hotel of the IHG Group in China before and it was okay. This time I chose this hotel when I came to Lisbon.
A real pit!
The hotel is aging badly. The wash basin in the room is clogged and the water does not flow. The water from the shower sprays outside and the entire bathroom is filled with water.
Changed to another room, I can take a shower, but the washbasin is still not working!

The breakfast is underground, there is very little food, the fried mushrooms are black, and I have no appetite at all!
Everyone must take a detour and avoid pits!
