Radisson Blu Hotel, Lisbon

The hotel and staff were amazing. Arrived tired after a very early flight from London and the staff were very accommodating. During the stay the staff very pleasant and always helpful with any question asked of them. The only negative is its location as travel was required to all activities. Although, access to metro was easy.

Near the airport, easy to reach by car/taxi. Metro not far away to go downtown. Clean room.

Great for an overnight stay with comfortable accommodation and amenities. Hotel provides complementary one-way airport shuttle from hotel to airport at set times.

The location in relation to the airport is good. Traffic from the hotel to the airport is chaotic , so the proximity helps. The lobby gives the impression that the hotel is pretty updated until you step out of the elevator and you come across very dingy carpets in the entire floor. We had a junior suite, which was very big , comfortable, the floors are wood. The room was very clean. Biggest complaint, we had requested to extend our stay an additional day , we believed that girl that took care of us had completed the transaction…well she didn’t and we got a knock at the door late at night and hadn’t we had the door chain in place, the employee that unlocked the door would have entered uninvited. Because of that incident, I don’t recommend family, friends nor airline colleagues stay at this hotel.

The room provided is very nice. Amenities is really good, only that there is a lift problem, but they resolve the issue quickly. Toilet is really good, just need to bear in mind to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is very convenient, near to public transport station and 10-15 mins to airport by car. Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel!

The hotel was clean and located near the airport and bus station which was a good thing. Respectful staff also.
