We really enjoyed our stay at My Story Hotel. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. One thing we especially appreciated was the air conditioning. We visited in July, and the weather was very hot, so coming back to a cool and comfortable room after a day of sightseeing made a huge difference. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Beautiful hotel, well-located in the city center. The room was nice and quiet. However, there was a strong sewage smell in the shower. Despite that, I had a very good stay 😁

We had a great stay at My Story Hotel Tejo. The staff was very nice and the service was good. Location is amazing (look at that view!), right in the city centre, almost everything within walking distance including public transport. The room was nice and clean, thought there is room for improvement (some mold in the bathroom for example). Bed and pillows were good as well. We did wish that there was a clothing iron provided in the room. Other than that, the amenities were good. A small thing to mention as well is that bathroom doors can’t be locked.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tejo. The staff made the experience truly memorable Magdalena was especially kind and very accommodating throughout my visit, always ready to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. I also appreciated Loraine’s thoughtful gesture of giving me a Coke as a gift, which was a simple but very nice touch of hospitality. Overall, the service felt personal and genuine, and it made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great location, very close to the Santa Justa Lift and Lisbon Cathedral. All the surrounding attractions are within walking distance. The front desk service was also excellent, and the breakfast was good.

Location was really good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our view unfortunately was of a large building undergoing building work, however the room was clean and had a coffee machine and water machine and mini fridge. The bathroom was slightly tight, but lovey shower
