Huge thanks to the team for taking such good care of us on our honeymoon! It was clean, safe, and we had a very comfortable stay. Best of all, it's apartment-style, so we could cook, and having a freezer meant we could buy ice and enjoy cold drinks. The location near the bustling area was also fantastic for getting around. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent location — right in the heart of the commercial center — yet still quiet on a night and early morning. Loads of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and all the downtown attractions are within walking distance (as is the metro for visiting Time Out Market and Belem). The staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. You need to cook your own breakfast, but the refrigerator was well stocked, and fresh bread and cakes were delivered every morning — ideal for a lazy lie-in. The room was also cleaned daily. We stayed on the fifth floor, and could see both the castle and convent ruins from the windows.

It is realty a nice place to stay. Lisbon is not big, and the hotel  is located in the centre. I can do almost anything by foot.

The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to all attractions. The room was very spacious, and having breakfast pre-stocked in the fridge was a great idea – we could decide what and when to eat in the morning. The space wasn't huge, but it was comfortable, meeting a 4-star+ standard and offering great value for money. The staff were very warm and their responses were accurate and timely.

Great service and greetings. Brekkie provided every morning is slight different, which is good! The private tour guide who drove us around is super nice and friendly, I’d like to stay here again if I visit Lisbon in the future!

Good location, short walk to shopping area. Breakfast delivery was great and live the human touch and friendly recep, Felipa. She is wonderful. Great size room that felt really cozy

Very convenient location, friendly staff

This is truly the perfect place to stay. Because it's an apartment-style hotel, you can buy meat from the market and grill it yourself. The fridge is large, and they restock it with lemons, kiwis, oranges, and bananas every day. They even provide breakfast bread every 8 a.m. The location is great, so you can walk anywhere within 15 minutes. On check-out day, they offered to keep your luggage so you could explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly. Don't go to the expensive places nearby, and come to this hotel for the best value. It's really great. Oh, and they even gave me some hotel clothes as a souvenir. I brought some with me.

Excellent hotel, stayed 4 nights. There were fruits, milk, eggs, coffee, tea in the room. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a coffee maker. At first we were put in a room with a glass toilet with a bath, we did not like it and we moved to the first floor with a normal toilet the next day. Everything else is great

The counter staff is enthusiastic. The room layout is unique. Breakfast is self-service. The soundproofing is not very good. You can hear the noise from the road and the next room.
