The staff were really attentive and friendly. The room was super clean and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were spacious and always found to be clean. The kitchen felt really comfortable and was well-equipped.

Room was good,But not soundless,Everything you will hear even i can easily hear what couple are doing front of my room.In Night just after 20:00 they turn off the light of staris.I mean why if its a hotel or something for tourist it should be turn on.At night you have to use your own mobile flashlight

The place was nice, the only problem was in the zone that they said, they mentioned it was in Rossio, but in the end was in Martin Moniz which made me walk to the place

Nice place with good service

The rooms and common areas were nicely decorated, showing careful design and maintenance. However, the location is not recommended for solo female guests. It's located on a South Asian/Indian street, and at night, many Indians stare and crowd around. There's no elevator, and the room is on the 4th floor with very narrow stairs; carrying suitcases and bags up four flights of stairs was extremely strenuous.

This hotel has no address number on the ground floor, and the address doesn't specify the floor number or the floor it's located on, violating Lisbon regulations. The hotel doesn't seem to think they've done anything wrong, and I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities in Lisbon. It's incomprehensible that Trip.com endorses such a non-compliant hotel. A full refund is a reasonable demand; the lack of an address number prevented me from checking in, and a full refund is warranted.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The location was extremely disappointing and bore no resemblance to the images shown in the photos. The pictures suggested a quiet, almost residential street, whereas in reality, the hotel is situated in a very noisy and unsettling area, near a market, with very little sense of security. There were many people outside day and night, some of whom stared at us intently and followed us with their eyes, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We felt absolutely unsafe, to the point that we decided to book another hotel immediately, even though our stay was supposed to last several days. The most disappointing aspect was the hotel's response: despite our explanations regarding our discomfort and feelings of insecurity, they refused to cancel the reservation or offer a solution. Our messages went unanswered, and no one seemed concerned about our safety or well-being during our stay. A very bad experience, especially for travelers unfamiliar with Lisbon.
