The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for visiting nearby popular attractions. However, the self check-in process is quite complicated, and the apartment door lock requires frequent calls to the front desk. The intercom volume is very low, which makes it difficult to communicate, especially at night. Additionally, the neighborhood is very lively and noisy until late, which can disturb sleep. Regarding luggage storage, it costs £2 per use. We tried twice and ended up paying an extra €2. After inserting the first coin, we had to call the front desk for assistance. The staff’s attitude was poor, saying “I don’t know what to do, and I’m not here,” so we had to pay an additional €2 to store our luggage. We hope the hotel can refund the extra €2 we were charged for luggage storage.

I was a staying on ground level. It was very noisy outside late at night. People were talking on the street. It was not the best neighbourhood.

I had a great visit there. It was lovely experience. Room is quite big, also a kitchen where all sorts of items were available. It was close to a station which goes to the centre quickly. So all in all u can try this flat.

The room was great , bed was comfortable, very clean , would stay again
