When we arrived the hotel and there is some maintenance work going on, they gave me an upgrade to another one which is near by. The staffs are very helpful and even help me to book the bus tickets. Very helpful as a tourist.

The terrace bar has a wonderful view and the service was great.

Rafael arranged us a private tour just in the midnight. it saved my whole trip in Lisboa in bad weather. We really appreciate his contribution and service.

A perfect little boutique hotel. I had a wonderful two days in Lisbon. The location was a bit hard to find, in an alley in the Alpha district of the old town. The staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms were small but exquisitely decorated.

Alpha district, near the cathedral, except for the Bolt hotel if you are going from the station or airport with luggage, you can walk to other places for shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly, the view on the top floor is very beautiful, they also enthusiastically introduced us to the sardine party celebration on the street, all the facilities of the hotel are very good! Next time I go to Portugal, I will still choose it. Alpha Old Town is an area with a very special atmosphere, you must stay there once!

The best view of Alfama! The rooftop alone is worth it. The room is very good, well equipped, good bed and very clean. I recommend it!
