There's no elevator! I carried my suitcase up to the 3rd floor (effectively the 4th floor) by myself. Even I, who am usually much stronger than average, found it difficult, so I wouldn't recommend this place for women with suitcases. The surrounding area is a bit like a back alley, and walking back at night is scary. I was even scared on the evening of my first day (;o;)

The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the subway station was about a 3-minute walk away.

At one point they went into my room, took pictures of a small blood stain on my sheets and some leftover food, called the police and were waiting for me when I returned. They showed the police they had taken pictures inside my room without my permission, indicting themselves for a violation of privacy. The police informed me the hotel needed me to leave for "violating rules." I started recording on my phone and stuck it in my pocket. I happen to work for the US DoD and had some "sensitive" information I had left in my backpack as I had been assured no one would enter my room. I recorded a 1 hour argument the staff had with 6 police officers. The police officers asked me to leave and I refused. They knew they could not make me leave and didn't even know I was recording. I was able to receive a full refund of 1500 euros for my 30 night stay from *********** after sending them the recording. I stayed for 2 more nights then flew out. Beware.

The hotel itself was not bad, simple and reasonably centrally located. However, on the 2nd night of my stay a problem arose. There I found a cockroach in my room. I killed it and confronted the receptionist. He indicated that he could not do anything, because everything was full. It was too late to change hotels. So I had to spend the night in that room anyway. Really had a bad feeling about it. The next day I had to leave early. When I contacted the management later, they offered me a 30% discount on my next stay as compensation....... As if I ever want to stay in this hotel again?!?! When I asked for a reasonable compensation (refund of the overnight stay) they remained silent.

A equipe é incrível, o recepcionista muito simpático e solicito. Ambiente muito limpo e organizado. O jardim é um plus, inclusive faço essa avaliação agora deitado na rede aqui do jardim.
