Great location! I chose a room facing the main street and got to enjoy the beautiful tree-lined street every morning. The other guests were mostly quiet couples, and the breakfast atmosphere was lovely. What's more, breakfast is served until 12 PM, and from 12:30 PM onwards, you can enjoy complimentary tea and snacks. It was so convenient to be able to return to the hotel for a break when I got tired from sightseeing, and then head back out. The light blue exterior walls also give it a stylish touch.

The hotel boasts a prime location, with friendly staff always greeting guests upon arrival. The lobby features comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing whenever you return. Coffee, tea, lemonade, and snacks are available, creating a homey atmosphere. The breakfast selection is also plentiful. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are exceptionally spacious. However, our room, located at the back of the hotel, had its window next to the air conditioner unit, resulting in persistent low-frequency noise at night that severely disrupted our sleep. We booked four nights, but upon arrival, we requested a room change, only to find the hotel had no rooms available. They promised to change rooms the following day, but we already had a chartered car booked early the next morning, so we had to make do with our current room.

The staff were very friendly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was also very clean and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights, and I would highly recommend it if it's your first time in Lisbon.

A fantastic and unique hotel with traditional decor. The service was excellent, and the rooms offered complimentary water and sparkling water. The lobby also offered free water, coffee, and even alcohol. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to get around. Luggage storage was also available. Highly recommended! 👍

The hotel is on Liberty Avenue, so it's easy to get in and out. If you have any questions, the front desk will help. The guy at the door is also very active in taking luggage. The room we were assigned was average. Although there was a small balcony, there was a garbage room downstairs. We could only close the balcony door every day.
