The attitude of the staff is extremely bad. They are not greeting the guest when we come back and leave the hotel. I had seen the female staff smoking near the entrance of the hotel without anyone in the reception. Even the hotel is stated as 4-star, the facilities in the hotel were very poor. The basic hotel amenities were not provided like tissues, toothbrush, toothpaste and hair conditioner. The hair dryer didn’t work as it stopped in every 2 minutes. The worst thing was that I put in the ‘No disruption’ sign in the door but the staff still entered in our room for housekeeping service without our permission. Last but not least, our door was locked. We had to unlocked the door in the reception every time we come back to the hotel. I had bad living experience as I felt insecure and disrespected.

One delicious apple is free every day, lol The staff are all friendly :) The shopping street leading to Bol-yang Market is close Time Out Market and Sang Bento Station are close! Even though it's close to the train station, it's soundproof if you close the windows! It's also good value for money :) I recommend it.

First of all, the location is really good. The staff is also friendly. Breakfast is good value for money for 10 euros, but the taste is average. The room feels like a business hotel. There is just a bed, a small dressing table, and a closet. There is another building right in front, so it is hard to expect a view. There are not many, but there are often homeless people and bad students in the alley coming from the square. Portugal is safe and it doesn't seem like people are picking on anyone, but if you are an Asian woman, it can be a little scary to come in alone at night. I was traveling alone as a man and wanted to wash up, sleep, and take a short break in between, but the location was really great and I was able to use it very comfortably.
