Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Parking is 20 eur/day, access between levels is narrow, with a SUV is a little challenging but possible. Checkin was a little bit confusing, there is a checkin machine inside the building on the LEFT door. You rang a bell, and someone will open the left door to that machine.

The hotel requested booking no for checkin but none of the numbers keyed into the check in machine could work. Both lifts broke down and one has to carry the luggage to B3 to store luggages in the locker for which they charged euro 2/- per locker and this was not made clear at the time of booking. Don’t be mistaken, though they said there is a 24 hours front desk you are only talking to a phone! The staff gave contradictory information- one try to pass the bug to another taking over the duties. Overall checkin experience is terrible! The plus point is there is a kitchen with microwave/fridge and washing machine at the apartment for guest’s convenience. Japanese and Chinese restaurants within 100m walk from hotel.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Great location, the metro is few minutes walk away and easy access to the airport. Check-in was difficult, there wasn't a reception desk and check-in was done with an electronic screen. I wasn't given clear directions and the procedure with tourist tax payments either.

Our stay was amazing. It was quiet, clean and in a great location. I truly recommend this location and would love to come back soon.

Big Apartment, Large Bathroom & Shower Area with nice tiles, Has Ktichen & Dining room with everything, Has washing machine, Plenty of storage, A/C works well in both the living and bedroom, secure location, self check-in, was able to use sofa bed with thick comforter, TV was a little small, nice welcome gifts of crackers and jam. Mostly walkable. 30 minute drive to airport.

Excellent location and clean apartment

Very nice location, close to Marques de Pombal and located just along Avenida da Liberdade. Apartment is big and amenities is sufficient.

Very comfortable studio apartment, clean and with big balcony. Although it’s not located near the main attractions but still walkable and easily accessible via public transport.

Great location near Marques de Pombal Square with easy access to the Blue and Yellow metro lines which easily connect you to all parts of Lisbon. Clean rooms and easy to access with the 24hr Check-in Kiosk. Make sure you email or call ahead to get the front door access number. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment located in the heart of Lisbon. This is an outstanding value with spacious rooms and many amenities. I was genuinely surprised by how much was offered (washing machine, cooking utensils, etc). The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a great place to stay while exploring Lisbon this is highly recommended. I would stay here again.
