Everything went wrong except the location We booked a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen on trip.com, marketed to have 1 double bed and 2 single beds, as we got 3 people and we prefer to sleep on separate beds. False statement on web: 1. I dislike sofa bed, so I spent effort searching for a non-sofa bed. Turned out just 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, so it's a lie. 2. Very unclear check-in info. You don't have the access code of the front door before arrival. You just stood helplessly in front of a metal gate, facing all the password locks until you find a doorbell to press to ask for help. 2. There is NO front desk. The only thing you got is a black phone on the ground floor (without dial pad) which linked you to a person for help. I don't know when the person will get off work. 3. Express check-in is just a self-service machine. The booking number from trip.com is NOT the number recognized by the machine. You'll have to ask the "person" over the black phone to help. Again, I don't know the working hours of that “person” on the phone. 4. There is NO free luggage storage. You got lockers which you need to use a 2-euro coin to lock. You can NOT get back the coin when you retrieve the luggage. Most importantly, you can't use it if you don't have a coin. (I spent almost 30 mins begging nearby shop owners to help me break my note into coins.) Cons 1. There is an elevator, but it broke down. Retrospectively, it broke down most of the time acc. to previous reviews. So, expect only stairs and it got 5 or 6 floors at most. 2. The pressure of the hot water in the shower is very low. Probably designed to have weak hot-water stream and strong cold-water stream. You'll struggle during shower. Otherwise, the cleanliness is ok and the location is good, but I already wanted to bite someone's head off upon arriving my apartment. And it ruined my mood and travel plan. It did fixed the elevator the next day, but consider it a frequent out-of-service and needs-repair cycle. Definitely a "No" for this apartment.
