Turim Boulevard Hotel

This hotel is super convenient! You just step out, and you're right on Lisbon's busiest street, with all the luxury shops concentrated on Avenida da Liberdade. It's so easy to pop back to the hotel for a rest when you're tired from shopping.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right at the subway station entrance, and within walking distance to the beach. The surrounding environment is beautiful and safe! The hotel's swimming pool👍

Despite repeated reminders, the hotel still didn't restock slippers, robes, laundry bags, shower gel, coffee, and tea bags. One day, after cleaning the room, they left a bag of trash on the bedside table. The cleanliness was seriously flawed, with a lot of trash left on the floor and carpet, and an old, empty shower gel bottle left in the bathroom. Furthermore, the trash can in the bathroom wasn't placed back inside the trash can. The coffee machine wasn't cleaned or refilled. While the front desk staff was helpful, despite repeated complaints, the situation remained unchanged. This completely undermines the hotel's five-star rating.

The hotel is very conveniently located on Liberty Avenue, with many famous shops nearby. The Rolex store is right next to the hotel. The subway station and bus station are both less than two minutes away. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here.
