The location was perfect, metro station was just in front of the property, so all that I needed was to walkin 1 minute to arrive there. The department was clean and all services working, nearby also good places to eat many kind of food. Definitly coming back.

Excellent location with supermarket, diners and cafe nearby. Great hospitality from the service team. The only downside would be the drain smell in the bathroom but if you close the door, that would be fine.

Overall, the hotel in Lisbon was okay. The location is good, allowing you to quickly reach many of the sights. The room was clean, but quite simply furnished and a bit noisy. The staff was friendly. The hotel is perfectly suitable for a few nights if you don't have too high expectations.

It is right in front of the subway station and there are many buses, so transportation is convenient. The hotel is old and there is a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Breakfast is also good and satisfactory for value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, me and my son. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room is cleaned daily and it is pleasant. You couldn't ask for a better location, the metro exit is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Also close to a shopping center that we discovered at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

False advertising, seen on the highway no air conditioning under 30 degrees no buttons to turn on the shower !!! Leak in the ceiling. I spent more than 400€ I'm trying to get reimbursed without news for the moment it's a scandal!
