The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of top attractions in the Alfama and Chiado areas, so it's rather convenient for tourists. The room is pretty clean, though the age of the amenities can be seen. There's a Lidl nearby for grabbing necessities and snacks. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room is very small & noisy. Sound proof of the room is bad. We booked a double room without kitchen. They gave us a room on 1/F, the small window is facing the backyard with air condition compressor so is very noisy. The entrance of the apartment is like student accommodation. But with this price in Lisbon you can’t ask for more.

Most comfortable bed that I found in a hotel.
Super clean, nice staff, great location. Only minus :you can hear every single metro passing underneath the hotel. Definitely recommend staying on an upper level.wr unfortunately received first floor.

Conveniently located right outside the metro. Room was generally quite clean, bed was comfortable but we were very disgusted by our bath towels that had blood stains on them. It is very unhygienic and I advise the hotel to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the amenities.

had an amazing experience staying at Lisbon City Apartments & Suites! The location is perfect – close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit and eat. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lisbon!

Title: Wonderful Apartment, Excellent Location
Lisbon City Apartments & Suites exceeded my expectations. The room (1 bed room apartment) was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I loved how central the location was – I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. This is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. Will definitely be back! Need to take note that the check in is done at Lisbon city hotel which is about 30 metres away.

The room was everything I needed. Check in is a couple doors down at the hotel entrance. This is area has many Nepali and Indian restaurants nearby and a walk to local eats. It is an easy walk to many attractions. I absolutely enjoyed my stay as a single female traveling alone
