The hotel room was a good size, and the bed was especially comfortable – just the right firmness. The hotel is located in the new town, so it's a bit far from the main attractions, meaning you'll need to take a taxi everywhere. However, taxis in Lisbon are quite affordable. The light show at night was pretty nice, but once was enough for me. Service was also good, and you get a 30% discount on dinner.

We booked the Deluxe King Room with city views. The 2.2-meter king-size bed was incredibly spacious, and the room was spotlessly clean. The rooftop bar offers fantastic views of Lisbon and a pool for guests. I highly recommend the hotel's 10 PM light show – it's truly unique! And don't miss the delicious egg tarts at breakfast!

I had a wonderful stay a Lumen. The room was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. One of the highlights is the hotel’s daily light show celebrating the culture and history of Lisbon. It was a truly amazing experience and added a unique touch that made the hotel stand out from others. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the metro, making it simple to get around and visit the city’s main attractions.

The hotel is a little over a kilometer downhill from the old town. While it's a bit of a distance from the main tourist attractions, both the bus and metro stations aren't too far, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Taxis are also cheap and convenient. The young front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming; anything we needed was brought up right away. Every night at 10 PM, the hotel has a 15-minute light show featuring many of Lisbon's sights. I missed it the first night, but I made an effort to watch it the second night, and it was quite interesting.

Spacious rooms, modern design, big large super king bed. We got a the suite which is wonderful as there is a dining table, long table for electronic, large flat screens. There is also a business lounge, light show and well equipped gym. Location is not central but we liked the quietness and it's cheap to Uber everywhere so it's ok. Great! And will come back!

Located in a quite neighborhood but with excellent easy access to Metro and buses leading to major attractions of the city. Staff are friendly and really show hospitality and always ready to provide help. Light show at night brings a joyful end of the day and good memories of the city.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed. The bar deserves a special mention: they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
