The location is right in the old city. You can walk to attractions and shopping. It is very convenient. The hotel service is friendly. The room is comfortable. The spa is good. The view of the breakfast is very good. The food is also good. The breakfast is delicious and cheap. I will stay here next time

The staff here makes what is a great hotel, even better. We couldn’t have been more comfortable and well taken care of. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Showers are fantastic with plenty of water pressure. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar / restaurant. You might want some white noise / ear plugs if you are light sleeper. Barrio Alto is a pretty vibrant neighborhood and there is some light noise late at night, although it was nothing that bothered us.

Amazing views of the city, food was tasty especially the cod, and the staff were friendly. Cocktails were flavourful and reasonably priced for the views you’re getting. Definitely worth a visit the next time you’re in Lisbon, sit on the terrace if you can.

Amazing environment. Great service! Our server was Joao, Carolina and Vania and they were incredibly attentive and kind. We enjoyed our evening at Lumi. Would definitely recommend! We came on Friday night and it wasn’t too busy. Great appetizers as well!

Popped to the rooftop restaurant (with panoramic views) for a quick coffee and stayed a bit longer to indulge a spectacular cocktail . Staff were amazing, everything about the hotel was "top notch" as a friend would say. Location was central with a lovely little street market very near.

The rooftop views were stunning. The staff were so friendly , helpful and accommodating. The coffee was very tasty and the cocktails were delicious . Sadly , no time to eat but the menu looked lovely and the prices were very reasonable. We would 100% return . Thank you for a truly magnificent experience 💗

We were having cocktails on the Lumi Rooftop Bar. It was a wonderful experience to watch the lady bartender, Vania, mix the drink of the month, a raspberry cocktail. So very delicious. Cheers to this lovely roof top destination, glad we found it!
