Let's start with the positives: 1. The entrance is a fantastic photo spot. 2. It's located right in the heart of the old town. Now for the drawbacks: The hotel is in an old building, so there's no elevator, which makes it unsuitable for elderly guests. It's only two stories high, so if you can carry your own luggage, feel free to book. Like most old buildings, soundproofing isn't perfect, but this one is actually pretty good. However, the tram runs directly downstairs, so it can get a bit noisy from 8 AM onwards, especially if you have an exam. Bringing earplugs would solve this.

Unfortunately, the showerhead in our original room was faulty, so we had to leave that view room. The front desk staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it, but since it couldn't be fixed right away, they had to let us change rooms. We really loved our original room, but the new one was nice too. The only minor drawback is the lack of an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up or down one or two floors. The room was really spacious, and the view from the window was fantastic. Most importantly, we could easily take a tram right outside, and the nearby cafe was great too. The location was really convenient.

アルファマの雰囲気を感じられる素敵なホテルでした。周辺は石畳や坂道が多く、リスボンらしい景色を楽しめます。観光地にもアクセスしやすく、夜景も綺麗でした。スタッフも親切で、24時間常駐してくれていました。目の前をトラムが走るのと夜は少し暗く足元に注意が必要です！
