Famous Crows Lisbon Suites

It was great being so close to all the monuments of Belém and the Pasteis of Belém for breakfast every morning.

We arrived much earlier than check in and just wanted to drop our cases off and explore. The entrance is a door with a buzzer system and there was no one in. Therefore we had to wait some time to get into the building and only when the cleaner, who didn’t speak English opened the door. We did manage to get our cases in but waited an hour or so to do so. When we did check in it took a long time, the host was great, a little eccentric and full of life, we just wanted to get checked in and relax but he wanted to show us everything and anything he could - nothing bad, probably the longest check in ever!! The room was relatively clean (the pillows could have been cleaner) and we were told about not washing our faces with make up on the towels - however these were very bare and really should be in the bin……the location is great, nice and central and the bakery down the road is amazing. The soundproofing also wasn’t great - we could hear what was going on in the room next door. For what we paid it was good value but was short on a few things.

Loved it! Very big king sized bed and quiet enough although right next to the street. Highly recommended.

Booked this guest house on the basis of lots of positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. Only stayed one night. Very good communication by the manager. Simple but nice and clean accommodation in very central location for sightseeing with some nice little restaurants nearby. No car park but free overnight parking in the car park just over the road - you might be able to park free in surrounding roads too but didn't try that. No breakfast option but the Pasteis de Belem cafe is just nearby.

Location: The location is very central and close to a number of attractions in Belem including the Jerónimos Monastery and Pastéis de Belém. Lots of food and other services in the immediate vicinity of this hotel. Central Lisbon is a decent ride away on public transport. Service: Fabulous hotel and manager. Pedro/Peter was super friendly and helpfully dealt with our booking despite a credit card issue. For people who are mobility impaired - there are quite a few stairs in the building.

We spent a week at this hotel. Everything was ok. The internet was weak inside the room and ok in the aera near the reception. The location is great. Mr. Pedro called us using whatsapp the night before leaving to Lisbon to answer our questions and address all our concerns. I highly recommand this hotel.

Pedro is an excellent host and the location is unbeatable.
