It's nice to live here. The location is close to the city center and it's convenient to go to attractions. The staff are also very nice. It's enough for a temporary stay when traveling and it's cost-effective.

The facilities were impeccably clean, the room we stayed in was very large, and consequently the heating plates were not enough for a medium cold day, we were a little cold hehehe, the breakfast was very basic, just bread and butter ,ham, mozzarella, milk and coffees

This is an affordable option for families and individuals looking for a great location and safe accommodations in an area that is walkable to sight seeing and metro stops. We rented the family suite which was perfect for us and had just what we needed for cooking and comfort and layout. The hostel common areas are well managed and clean. There’s a lovely breakfast offered and lounge areas and the staff is very friendly and competent. Our personal apartment had some things that were not working properly (oven and fridge) and it had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was some mustiness and mold evident in the kitchen and bathroom that we were able to address ourselves for a comfortable stay.

It was good for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room did not match the pictures. Bed was a little basic. Shower was great though! Elevator could not hold two people and luggage.

The staff was great, helpful and supportive. Strategically located. Access to all public transport. Good breakfast. Overall, very good experience. I'd stay there over and again. I recommend it to everyone wants to stay in the heart of Lisbon....

Very well located, walkable to tourists attractions. Super friendly staff, big kuddos to Joam (Juan) -very courteous, helpful & friendly. Very modern looking bathroom. Good pressure of water in the shower. Breakfast not very abundant. Recommendation to have coins available for laundry. Another set of washer/dryer would be helpful. One doesnt seem enough for such a big hostal. A/C needed. We had to sleep with the window open because it was a bit warm (May). Nonetheless, would stay there again!
