Clean and convenient hotel. Easy check in and well priced. Bed and pillows very comfortable. In an extremely busy bar area which is good for young people- however walls are incredibly thin so could hear others coming home/throwing up in the early hours of the morning. Also no lift and we were on the fifth floor. Overall fine.

My room wasn't furnished with TV remote. Reported to reception and was told they would try to retrieve it from another room. Two hours later was told by receptionist on duty that no remote was available and would have to wait until the next morning. Told him I was checking out in the morning. The worse of all was the lack of empathy from the receptionist and his attitude. He just couldn't care less. Tried to talk to management this morning and approach wasn't much different. He said he was to busy to talk to me while shoving food down his throat. Not even a simple eye contact It beggars belief that this people manage to operate in the hospitality business. They can create a monster out of very solvable problems.

We stayed at three hotels while traveling through Portugal. 262 boutique had the most amazing staff and breakfast of them all. We can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you!

The room was disgusting, the backboard was rotting wood and rust wood, the bed and sheets were not clean. Overall horrible experience do not know how it got 3 stars.

The location is ideal for newcomers to Lisbon. The staff were super friendly and offered great recommendations. The optional breakfast exceeded expectations! (We recommend it)
The room was clean and lovely. If we were to change anything it would be to have a place for luggage/belongings & perhaps a wall between the bathroom area and the bed. Also note, there is no elevator.

The hotel is well located, right on Pink Street.
The staff is helpful and breakfast is great.
The room was not properly clean on arrival but the staff apologised and ensured it was clean afterwards.

- our room was on the fourth floor and every night till 6AM in the morning we could hear the very loud music coming from the clubs/pubs downstairs. We could not sleep for two days. It was really terrible and frustrating. - the toilet is literally in the room, separated just from glass “walls” and it was so small that none of us could fit properly. No privacy. really ridiculous - how can this even be defined as boutique hotel?
