The hostel had a really nice vibe overall. The common areas were clean and comfortable, great for hanging out or relaxing. The pool area looked nice, the water was very hot. The kitchen was being renovated, though there were fridges available (but no other kitchenware, unfortunately). The staff were kind and accommodating.

Originally, this hotel had a perfect score. When I checked out, the front desk insisted that I had not paid the city tax. I had already paid it when I checked in, but he insisted that it had not been paid. Because I was leaving for Spain, I paid it first. On the way, Ctrip helped to communicate and confirm that the city tax had been paid, so the front desk released the deduction! Good review of Ctrip

The rooms and bathrooms are quite new, clean, and bright. The lobby is very comfortable and has a water dispenser, plus you can store your luggage for free. The location is in a bustling area, very lively at night with many pizza places, burger joints, and bars. There are also many shops near the hostel, including several famous trendy brands, making the location very convenient. The downsides are that there's absolutely no place to hang clothes in the room, and the storage space under the bed is inconveniently designed and hard to use. The bathroom also lacks any storage. Overall, I still highly recommend it. They provide towels and shower gel, and hairdryers can be rented at the front desk. You can't eat outside food in the lobby, but you can eat in your room (no alcohol).

Located on in a cosy area of Lisbon surrounded by cute cafes, bars and restaurants! We enjoyed our stay and the bed was very comfortable. There's a kettle in the room and a shared kitchenette including a microwave and fridge for storing food. The bathroom started to smell a bit and there was mould on the ceiling, but other than that we enjoyed our stay at Flores Guesthouse. There aren't a lot of major tourist attractions nearby, but it was easy for us to walk or get transport to see the sights.

Super fun! The staff are very friendly. The whole hotel and rooms are whimsical and fun. Excellent location right on pink street. The windows are triple thick and the noise is minimal at best. There were complimentary ear buds but we didn't even need them. We really enjoyed out stay and hope to come back again soon!

Your experience in this hotel will be mesmerising for some reasons : first, the location is very convenient and everything is at your disposal. Second, the staff , especifically the front desk is nice and friendly 👌 they give you this feeling that you're at home. Third , the atmosphere of the hotel was classy and vintage. And the last but not the least, the room itself is big enough, tidy and cozy. I truly recommend this beautiful hotel. I'm certain you are going to enjoy a lot 😍

Beautiful modern apartments, there are everything, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, big refrigerator, dishwasher and even a washing machine. There is a coffee machine and a teapot, but there is no capsule and tea that is uncomfortable if you have come for a short time. The staff is very polite and responsive, always on contact. Located far from the center itself, but it is in a very good area. Near Tramway 28. From the downsides, the bed in our room was a small hard and violinous, normally not to sleep, as I understood it exactly in this room. Another door to the bathroom was eaten and it was necessary to put the force to close it.  The bathroom was clean, but the shower was woven on the seams. A little, but it wasn't very nice to wash.

I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but my experience turned out to be great. The location was convenient, close to my office meetings as well as main sights, and in a quieter area that made for good sleep. Check-in and check-out were much easier than expected. The virtual reception worked smoothly, much quicker than a typical hotel desk. Checking out was simple with an online form. I stayed in a studio, which was very spacious with a kitchen and nice bathroom. The room had everything I needed: washing machine, stove, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen utensils, clothes hanger, and iron. Daily cleaning was provided and the room was spotless on arrival. I also really liked the keyless system with door codes, which made things much more convenient. Of course, this is more of an apartment setup, so you won’t find hotel-style amenities, but it worked perfectly for me. The only minor downside was some noise when people came in and out, but guests were generally very considerate and it never disrupted my sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.
