First room we had was not like the picture AT ALL, it had bugs, bathrooms was completely cracked, just terrible. I said to the reception that the room we had booked was not the one we were given. So in the end had to pay extra to get an okay room

The first room I was given on the first day had spiders. I later changed rooms (you can check the surveillance footage). The new room's air conditioning didn't produce any heat for two days. The next day after waking up, I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered, as shown in the picture. Later, at 4 PM, someone finally answered, and they came up to inspect. Two people came to troubleshoot, but it still didn't work. This is the first time I've ever seen a hotel with no heating in winter.

Lovely stay in Lishui that I kept on extending. Fruit shop and markets just around the corner, just as dumpling shops and coffee stores. Close to railway and like a 15min walk to the next park and river. Would come again!

The location is just next to the main street with easy access to the bus stop. However the sound proofing is poor and easily disturbed by sound next door or outside.

This hotel is not new. Some stains are very stubborn. Toilet is not clean. Some staffs are friendly and some are not. Socket is not working well. Hard to plug in. Hope they can improve.

I don’t know this hotel/motel received such high rating?! The hairdryer is not working, the AC literally blows out air instead of cool air, shower head is damaged and can’t hold the shower. I even found spittle on the floor. No “Do Not Disturb” sign. I subsequently upgraded to a better room. No shower cream/foam. The flooring/curb is damaged and I almost tripped and fell etc. Housekeeping is horrible!

I would not recommend this hotel. The room is old and dirty. The only thing nice is the lobby.
