Friendly staff. Clean and tidy in the room

Long weekend and couldn't book anywhere else for our blue mountains explore. Unhappy chap on front desk doesn't like online bookings, almost turned us away. Carpets need a clean, all sorts of stains etc... on it and some of the bedding. Was forewarned before arrival about band playing till 1pm. Band was good but the drunks and the noise other people made / paper thin walls = zero sleep. Worst stay I've ever had. On the plus side it wasn't expensive.

Nice pub.

I use this hotel (with rooms above the pub) as is the cheap option in Lithgow, and what I need is safe shelter, which is how it works. The night was bit noisy till late on that weekend night as there was some music performance downstairs. Room ok ( no thrill). Shared showers.

Would never go back again, noisy, spider in the room, light cover broken, the whole place is breaking down, wow never seen anything like that in my life, regret why we booked there

The reception staff were very kind and reassuring. I locked my key in, but they quickly gave me a spare key.
