Hotel was booked to capacity but was still letting people book rooms. Attempted to check during the night after driving 12 hours. Was told by front desk that they will process a refund and cancel room. The hotel canceled the room and never process the refund.

When we arrived there was no body in the front desk so we had to wait like 5 minutes to check in. Next day we asked for towels since there were only 4 (we were 5 in a room for 6) the lady said I don’t have any available. Later I requested in the front desk, nothing happened. Breakfast time is listed 6:30-9:30 so we went at 8am, there was cereal but no milk, they have tea but no hot water, no coffee. I asked the front lady if they will bring milk and she replied “we don’t have, there is chocolate milk” so I explained “I know but is for cereal and she just said well that’s all we have”. Next day not even the coffee machine. The floor was dirty and the strong smell of ********* invaded the hallway. The elevator had a problem in the second floor, we thought that is was broken and we’ll be stuck in there. Certainly a really bad experience.

Safety hazards. Dirty nasty filthy rooms. When I raised a concern, I didn’t feel like I was being heard by the general manager. The rest of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The general manager does not need to be the general manager, unless he can solve the problem. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn express ever again. This was THE absolute worst day I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed out in my entire 40 years of life. The general manager wrote me a three sentence email to my four point statement email. Did not offer me a resolution. He blamed it on renovations. Again, I will never stay at a Holiday Inn express ever. Clearly they don’t care about their guest. The milk at breakfast was expired, and I took a drink and got nothing but curdled milk in my mouth. Still no concern was taken seriously.

No my experience was horrible I prepaid my registration and got to hotel and front desk said they had no room available. so we had to take a room with no heat and no air 418. Then had to be switch from that room because someone had taken a shower and laid in bed. Was then put in another room 416 with no heat and air, had to be given extra blankets to be keep warm. The following morning I was assigned to a new room 219, room was clean and had heat/air but when I went to turn on the water in bathroom sink the faucet fall off it my hand. Manager wouldn't call had to speak to him via email. Staff was nice but would not go back or recommend

There was a small cockroach in our room very early sunday morning. I showed more than one picture to front desk staff. The general manager was supposed to call me so i can send the pictures.. I havent heard anything. Ive called two days since then, and only got someone on the phone once who said I would receive a call from the GM, that I still havent received.

The room had old and damaged furniture. They didn't have the blinds with keep the sun out of the room. After paying the bill they charge me additional for amenities per day in which i didn't uses.
