Urban Cottages

A beautiful stay, with exquisite bed sheets and thoughtful home design. But . . . thin walls. My neighbors were partying at 4 am! A quiet time, or an enforced quiet time, would have helped.

Wonderful historic home. Quiet neighborhood close to the RiverMarket. We had a great time.

It says hot tub but there wasn’t one. All the reviews that I even read said the hot tub was very nice.Plus there was NO HOTWATER

Gorgeous, cozy cottage. I actually cancelled half a day of plans so I could spend more time there. The hostess brought a generous and delicious breakfast for each morning. I wished I could have stayed longer. The location is also perfect.

Had high expectations but I was let down after checking in I immediately noticed the floor was dirty unswept and dusty . I sat on the couch and the smell hit me. The couch reeked. And do I went to reach for a glass it was dirty I reached for another one also dirty. So I walk out side to get some Fresh air and the police sirens and shady characters walking up and down the street I was immediately filled with deep regret for booking this place. Apparently this is a high crime area. Save your money and take the short trip down to Hot Springs.

Small quaint cottage. Quaint little cottage with all the things you need. Breakfast available in the cottage, which was nice. We had just a one night stay but would return.

Had a great stay! The home is on a really nice street. Stacie was very responsive and even mailed me back an item that I forgot. Thanks again!
