It is great for running or walking in the morning. The facilities are also new. For a British country hotel, I think it is already very good. Each room on the first floor also has a small outdoor table. The hotel's own restaurant tastes good. The staple food is 25 pounds per portion, which is a lot, but it is a bit salty. The only shortcoming is that I booked a king-size bed room, but the front desk gave me an ordinary standard king-size bed room. Fortunately, I can add an extra bed (15 pounds), otherwise I must have to deal with them. Ctrip is not kind either. It charged the premium room fee for a king-size bed (nearly 1,000 more expensive) but did not do the job. The English confirmation letter says: kingbed, and the corresponding bed should be super kingsize. The hotel thinks it is kingsize, which is 1.5m in the UK, and super kingsize is 1.8m."
