單間老舊，設施老舊，屋裡一股子味道，這都忍了，就是前台一個年輕的偏瘦的女的，態度很差，很冷漠，簡直是一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥，就這樣誰還會來下次，建議還是開了吧，影響財運，那個稍微胖點的妹子，一看就旺夫，人美心善，態度很不錯，贊一個。如果沒有那個年輕瘦的前台，我也會給好評的，希望酒店老闆多注意觀察，你會發現的，你有這樣的員工，簡直是破壞你酒店的明生！

廁所漏水，管道細堵水，屋裡舊的像20年前的老房子，裝修一下吧。。不忍直視，不過能看得出來當年剛開業應該是個**的酒店

房間特別乾淨，服務人員認真負責，衞生特別好，環境不錯，下次有機會還住咱家酒店，大柳河是我第二故鄉，我會經常關注咱柳河的。

服務態度真的很好 就是也是個四星級酒店不到為啥咋會那麼臟 地墊上面有塊都是黃的 而且都抽絲了 地毯也很臟 都是一些痕跡 抽屜的縫裡都是灰 而且沙發邊緣都是黑黑的 誰能想到那是一個米黃色的沙發 咱要是真不愛收拾 可以換成黑色的 白色的整成這麼臟不太好吧 一眼就能看出來 還有馬桶蓋一打開 上面竟然還會有毛髮 而去還有一塊印記 真的絕了 四星級酒店現在都是這水平了嗎 因為衹住了一晚上 考試匆忙就沒有拍照 但説的絕對是事實

環境太差，房屋設施老舊，插頭接觸不良，地毯味道有黴味。廁所和房間光線很陰暗。早餐質量也很差，沒什麼吃的，等了好久也沒等到吃的，和這個價格太不符合了。以後再也不會來入住了。

千萬別選這家，洗手間裏兩份牙具已經有一個開封了牙膏沒有了，竟然沒換掉，明顯就是沒有打掃衞生間！杯子、洗漱台各種水漬，早餐更是笑話，服務員態度==0，還要100按金，明明攜程購買時候是14：00退房，11：30就打電話一遍遍催12：00退房！這破環境誰還拍照！不信你們可以入住試試！
