避暑的季節找不到房，沒有什麼選擇，房間設施很一般，各種小問題都有，凳子腿壞了，毛巾比較舊，也許這個暑期老闆掙了錢會升級一下房間物品，實在不忍心拍房間的照片影響老闆的生意。

房間比較大，房間設施比較舊，過道窄，前台也比較舊了。停車還算方便，地理位置優越 就在明湖公園對面，梅花山風景區腳下，出行方便

周邊環境不錯，可以看到明湖，就是裏面衞生不太理想，不過周邊都一個樣 這家服務態度還是不錯的。畢竟高，可以看的遠。

房間感覺比較陳舊，衞生很一般，浴室門很臟，因設計問題，浴室靠洗臉池附近的水漏不下去。因不是每個房間配置熱水器，熱水供應不足，頭髮還沒洗完就沒熱水了，這種天氣有點涼，冷水是不敢洗的，體驗感不行，與詳情處介紹的24小時熱水不符。隔音效果差，早上隔壁房間放水，聲音就像在我耳邊發出的，對住宿要求高點的還是住酒店吧，不推薦這種價位的民宿。附近就一條短短的街吃東西。

服務態度很好，基本有求必應，我住的這間［舒適温馨大床房］電視看不了，希望能修好。雖然房間不大，但床睡的還是蠻舒服的。有獨立衞浴但有點小，洗澡水温合適，臨近六盤水師範學院，空氣很好，窗外風景也不錯。如有需要會考慮再訂這家。

房間小，但是可以看湖景，馬桶是壞的，一直流水。最讓人受不了的是晚上基本無法安穩睡覺，有幾趟火車經過，公路上的汽車一直有很大聲音
