前台熱情，服務態度非常好，大廳環境很好，有旅遊攻略，還給我發了他們自己做的美食攻略，很貼心，大廳還有24小時免費的茶飲咖啡，房間也很乾凈衞生，客房的姐姐也很有禮貌問好，早餐豐富也好吃

酒店位置在主幹道的交叉口，咋看周邊好像沒有什麼商業環境。但打開導航就會發現柳州的重點景區、商業街就在周邊，打車或自駕都很方便。房間乾淨，極簡風格。前台服務態度很好，不愧是連鎖品牌酒店。房價性價比很高。

有車的千萬別住這裏千萬別住，千萬別住，停車場在很遠的地方，還要過馬路那種，停車場又爛又吵。酒店本身沒有性價比臨街很吵，有點舊，服務一般。早餐一般最重要的是停車場真的太垃圾了，什麼年代了，讓客人拖着行李箱穿過馬路石頭？？？？

設施：
蠻便捷。房裡都是喊“你好小希”控制窗簾、燈光、空調什麼的~不用自己去扒拉。
我住的走廊盡頭，超安靜！晚上逛累了，回來倒頭就睡，上午到10點才自然醒超舒服！私隱性也不錯，浴室洗澡的時候，外面衹能看到光，不會看到人影，私隱性很讓人安心。
床品挺好的，我近幾年有點認枕頭…在外旅遊經常覺得枕頭不舒服，還有過半夜脖子疼醒的時候！這家我竟然到次日都是全身舒服起來的！💖驚喜！
窗簾遮光性真心好，早上10點醒來全房間還是漆黑的，喊語音打開窗簾的時候驚呆了🥹！外面那麼亮！
衞生：不錯，房間乾淨清爽，沒有異味。
服務：外賣有機器人送到房間門口，安全私隱。早餐我錯過了所以沒看到（睡太爽），洗衣房雖小但啥都有，健身房有上肢訓練的東西

乾淨衞生，有一次性馬桶墊，酒店位置不錯去哪裡都很方便，房間比較新，乾濕分離，但是沒有小冰箱，不太方便，沒有洗手液或者香皂，洗手不方便，其他還好，酒店早餐不錯。
