酒店位置還是不錯的，工作人員服務很好，特意訂了高樓層一點的房間，拉開窗簾就可以看到酒店旁的景色，視野寬闊。市中心去哪裡都方便，吃東西和購物都可以步行去不需要車。給了延遲退房還可以免費寄存行李

房間很乾凈洗手間寬敞沒有頭發乾濕分離床上乾燥温暖 睡起來很舒服 前台工作人員服務也特別好 登記入住很迅速也很有禮貌 大堂有很明顯的旅遊指示圖景點都在周邊 騎上小電動就可以出發 房間點外賣也很方便叫了個古早蛋糕十分鐘就送過來了總之還是很滿意的

一進門就有香香的味道，前台小姐姐特別熱情，服務態度特別好，來柳州旅遊不知道吃哪家螺螄粉比較正宗，小姐姐也給我們指路導航，附近還有一個柳侯公園吃飽了還能去散散步吹吹風，很推薦!

第二次來住了，之前出差跟着公司來住的，前台接待很周到很熱心的幫我們搬行李 24小時都有人 我們的各種需求都很快就解決了，房間衞生也很乾凈，廁所乾濕分離 不小心把買的奶茶撒了一點 做衞生的阿姨也清理的很乾凈，還換了新的床單 六樓還有休閑區 健身房 桌球桌都有，簡直完美
